Dear Sirs
Please see attached for the missing Appendix to the enfranchisement decision. It is of no consequence. See below as to how it was found.
Whilst your objections are really not particularly difficult to deal with, they do take time and cost to deal with. The style of your objections do not usually allow for the law to solve your issues
without significant recoverable cost being incurred. We would expect to be able to resolve all of the issues you have raised, in litigation, in one or two phone calls and email exchange, when dealing with a party being reasonable and following usual protocols.
Everything done so far has taken so very long due to the level of objection you put in place, at every stage, which has made our costs increase to a level that will have to be recovered from Tarquin.
Perhaps you might agree to sign the TR1 to avoid further cost being incurred. We do not see that enforcement against Mr Angiolini, in his personal capacity, in this case, is out of the question, by the way. We would consider that prospect relatively easy to
avoid at this juncture, less so in the future.
Kind regards
Jason Kallis

Dear Mark
We spoke before. I act for the Applicant here, who has been trying to register the TR1 i.e. enfranchise for something like 3 years now. One big hold up is the missing appendix to the attached decision.
It seems to me that this appendix is the “Valuation setting out the tribunal’s calculations”. That will clearly be a document generated by Mr Duncan Jaggger rather than DJ Daley. Could I ask that
Mr Jagger is requested to look at his daybook or computer for the calculation for the premium of £23,929 and issue it to the parties, or me? It being missing really is getting in the way of resolution, and I think if Mr Jagger could just spend a little time
with this it will save the parties and courts a huge amount of time.
If it helps the hearing date was on 31 January 2024, and the decision was issued on 5 March 2024, so one would have thought that the daybook note, or calculation, will be between those two dates.
We much appreciate all your endeavours and help; in the background is a particularly problematic property and landlord.
Kind regards
Jason Kallis
