Thank you for your text message earlier askjng me to call you.

If you have any without prejudice questions about this matter please contact John Galani direct. If you have questions about this case that are not Without Prejudice in nature please email me. As for the requests you have made recently I am currently on leave and will get back to you about them in a week or so. That includes the request for skeletons. As is usual Skeletons are exchanged and are not evidence so that is a factor.

outstanding. As the document formed part of the record before the Court,
