Claim numbers L02CL098 AND L10CL472 - Claim for a Vesting Order.

 

We attach an application (by way of service and for filing) relating to the above Vesting Order Application, on behalf of the Claimant.

 

Please note that this claim was been issued under Claim no. LO2CL098. On some correspondence, and in orders, the Defendant and the Court has cited the claim number L10CL472. Both seem to apply. These numbers ought to be linked on the Court’s system as we consider that they concern the same matter. Until the Court confirms which claim number applies we shall cite both claim numbers on all correspondence, and have done so purposefully in the attached application.

 

The Court fee of £313 should be taken from the fee account PBA0088821.  

 

The attached application follows a number of emails seeking that the Court relist the hearing above at the same time as the final hearing. Please make sure that the listing officer and relevant judge sees this email and the attached application when dealing with the re-listing of the hearing from 15 August 2025 (both parties have sent their dates to avoid for September 2025).

 

As an aside the Defendant was served with the proceedings, again, today, as a belt and braces measure, albeit they will have seen the proceedings for several months, and were served with proceedings c. 12 months ago in any event.

Payment of the fee may be made by PBA account, cheque/postal order made payable to ‘HMCTS’ or calling our appointment line on 020 7947 7502 and paying by credit card payment within the times of 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. If eligible, you can also use the Help with Fees application form.
